Frozen Pastries

Many of your favorite Martha’s Eats & Treats pastries are available in frozen 4-packs of assorted of flavors that can be baked at home for fresh treats any day of the week! Easy as ever, just preheat the oven, pop them in, set the timer, savor the smell, then enjoy the warm pastry right out of the oven. Breakfast, coffee hour, tea time, quick snacks, meals, and any time you need a fresh handmade pastry is always at the ready in your freezer!

 
 

Scones

Flavors: Blueberry / Cranberry / Raspberry / Oatmeal Raisin / Bacon Cheddar

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 28-32 minutes on top rack of oven (use convection setting if available).

*Tips: Do not thaw dough before baking - place directly in oven; Spray pan or parchment for easy clean up; Optional: sprinkle with sugar before baking for an extra sweet crunch (our favorite on the Cranberry); Enjoy with your favorite warm beverage.

Turnovers

Flavors: Apple / Cream Cheese Coconut / Raspberry Custard

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 30 minutes (use convection setting if available).

*Tips: Do not thaw before baking - place directly in oven; Spray pan or parchment for easy clean up; Optional: for a golden brown, brush top with egg whites before baking, and for an extra sweet crunch sprinkle with sugar; Filling is very hot out of the oven, don’t burn your tongue!

Flavors: Filled with ricotta, parmesan, spinach, tomato, and herbs - with or without italian sausage.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 40 minutes on top rack of oven of oven (use convection setting if available).

*Tips: Do not thaw before baking - place directly in oven; Spray pan or parchment for easy clean up; Optional: for a golden brown, brush top with egg wash before baking; Excellent for eating any time of day, make a side salad while baking and dinner is ready.
